South Miami Avenue Homeowners Association

South Miami Avenue Homeowners Association, Inc is a not-for-profit Florida corporation formed in 2000.

The Association is located in downtown Miami within the City of Miami's District 2 (Commissioner Marc Sarnoff) and Miami-Dade's District 7 (Commissioner Carlos Gimenez).

The goal of the Association is to improve the quality of life along South Miami Avenue and its side streets between 15th and 26th Road, effectively communicate common interests and mobilize support and action on important issues.

The South Miami Avenue Homeowners Association focuses on quality of life issues impacting our "pocket neighborhood" such as security/safety, traffic calming, beautification and development.
