Code Enforcement

This committee's goal is to serve as a liaison between the neighborhood, the City of Miami’s NET office and Code Enforcement department.  Leo de la Peña, head.

Traffic Calming

This committee's goal is to improve safety by reducing the speed of vehicles along the Avenue.  Henry Gonzalez, head.

Beautification

This committee seeks to improve the beauty of our unique neighborhood particularly our royal Poinciana trees, date palms, swales, lights, medians and curbs.  Robert McCabe, head.

Side-Street.

This newly formed committee seeks to work primarily with neighbors adjacent to I-95 and MetroRail.  Spencer Crowley, head.

The Association holds monthly board meetings on the last Tuesday of every month.  All interested homeowners are welcome to participate. 

Meetings are held at 6:30 pm Simpson Park (55 SW 17th Road).
